Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Experiences are intimate by design. Enquire early with your preferred date so our team can check availability and arrange the right hosts.
Can we book privately, and how many guests do we need?
Our experiences have a minimum booking of five guests and can be arranged privately for families, celebrations, retreats and groups. Share your dates, guest numbers and interests so we can confirm the right format and price.
Is transport included?
Transport is included only where stated. The North Caicos Farm-to-Table option from Providenciales includes ferry and ground transport. For other experiences, our team will confirm any transport arrangements in your quote.
Are experiences suitable for children?
Many can be adapted for families. Tell us the children’s ages so we can recommend the best format and confirm any age restrictions or pricing.
Can you accommodate dietary or access needs?
Please tell us about allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility needs before booking. Our team will discuss the setting and available arrangements with you.
How is my booking confirmed?
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. Our team confirms availability, inclusions, applicable government tax, the total payable, and payment and cancellation terms before your booking is final.
What happens if the weather changes?
Where possible, outdoor experiences can be adjusted or rescheduled. Our team will confirm the weather and cancellation arrangements for your booking.
What should I wear or bring?
Choose comfortable clothing for the setting. Our team will confirm footwear, sun protection and anything else to bring once your itinerary is agreed.
Can I enquire about products without booking an experience?
Absolutely. Mystique Atelier Circle welcomes enquiries for personal gifts, souvenirs, keepsakes and hospitality amenities. Our team confirms available items, quantities, pricing and delivery arrangements.
